shipgoods operates shipgoods.eu (“shipgoods”, “we”). Questions about this policy: ship@shipgoods.eu.

The information you send us: your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp messages, and the company and store details you share when you book a call or go through onboarding.

To respond to you, run your onboarding, operate fulfilment for your store, and meet our legal obligations: invoicing, administration and customs documentation.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from third-party font services.

We share data only with the service providers we need to run shipgoods: hosting, communication tools and the logistics partners who fulfil your orders. We never sell your data.

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above, and as long as Dutch law requires. Administrative records are kept for 7 years.

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing ship@shipgoods.eu. You can also file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
